We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, or other commitments come up. We hope you had an awesome time while you were enrolled at So I Heard Music.
Before withdrawing, please make sure you are familiar with our withdrawal policy:
There are no long-term contracts at So i Heard Music.
Enrollment and withdrawal are every month, allowing quick and easy changes to your enrollment status without a cancellation fee or hidden terms. You are responsible for paying for your last month of lessons, regardless of whether or not you come to lessons. The teacher’s time has been reserved for you for the month!
Here’s how it works.
- The withdrawal form must be filled out before the 25th day of your last month of taking lessons. If the month has started and you’ve been billed, you are already enrolled and confirmed in the calendar for this month, which is non-refundable
- Students are responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons. After a withdrawal has been submitted, no refunds are given for any time missed within the last month
- If you would like to withdraw as soon as possible, set the “Last Month of Lessons” as the current month, and you will be out of the calendar and no longer billed starting next month. For example: If you set your last month of lessons as June, you will not be billed for July and beyond. Your lessons in June will stay in the calendar, and any lessons on or after July 1st will be canceled
- Your make-up credits will expire within 30 days of the last day of the month you were last enrolled; use your Opus account to book the make-up credits before they expire
- If you plan to take part in the recital and you withdraw in May (no lessons starting June 1st), you will be charged the recital fee of $90. Alternatively, we could also use your make-up credits towards the recital fee.
If you would still prefer to withdraw, fill out the following form.
