Withdrawal Policy

There are no long-term contracts at So I Heard Music. Enrollment and withdrawal are on a monthly basis, which allows for quick and easy changes to your enrollment status without a cancellation fee or any hidden terms.

Here’s how it works.

    • The withdrawal form must be filled out before the last calendar day of your last month taking lessons. If the month has started, and you’ve been billed, you are already enrolled and confirmed in the calendar for this month and it is non-refundable.
    • Students are responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons. After a withdrawal has been submitted, no refunds are given for any time missed within the last month, and any outstanding make up credits after the withdrawal month will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
    • If you would like to withdrawal as soon as possible, set the “Last Month of Lessons” as the current month, and you will be out of the calendar and no longer billed starting next month. For example: If you set your last month of lessons as June, you will not be billed for July and beyond. Your lessons in June will stay in the calendar, and any lessons on or after July 1st will be canceled.
