We’re so excited for you to learn all about our Adapted Lessons program.
You will hear from us very soon about scheduling a trial assessment to meet one of our Music Therapists and try out an adapted lesson.
What happens after the trial?
Your Music Therapist will take a few minutes to let you know what they saw in the trial and if they feel your child has the potential to reach his or her goals through Adapted Lessons. Should you decide to enroll, you can choose a recurring weekly time with that therapist.
How does enrollment work?
Enrollment at So i Heard Music is a month to month commitment. Your first month’s tuition will be prorated to the day of your first enrolled Music Therapy session. You will be charged a flat rate fee on the first of every month that pays for your therapy sessions for that month. If you want to discontinue services at any time, just let us know before the 25th of the previous month so that you won’t be charged for the next month.
What does the “flat-rate fee” mean?
All of our locations follow a calendar that closely resembles the local school district’s calendar. This means we are closed when schools are closed and these scheduled breaks are not included in your flat-rate fee. We take the total cost of scheduled appointments throughout the year (usually between 42 and 45 sessions) and divide that cost by 12 to get your flat-rate fee. This means that some months will have three scheduled appointments, others will have four or even five. You will always be charged the same amount.
